Hair, Skin amp Nails Vitamins by Natures Bounty Review

My hair, skin and nails could do a lot of improving so I decided to try out these vitamins. I`ve been taking the vitamins for a few months now and I feel that it`s time to review them.

Background information,

My hair - My hair is really fine, thin and it gets oily fast and I find that my hair falls out a lot when I shower.

My nails - They`re fragile, weak and they break often.

My skin - It`s okay just my face is acne prone.

After a few months of taking these vitamins/supplements,

My hair - My hair is still fine, thin, oily but I find that my hair doesn`t fall out as often.

My nails - I saw a huge improvement with my nails, it`s hard, sturdy, and I don`t chip them anymore.

My skin - Same thing, no difference yet.

Overall: I`m really satisfied with the results so far and will be continue to take these. I also asked the pharmacist at CVS when I was buying this because there was another Biotin product and this one and he said this is the better one. I`d recommend this supplement if you need some improving for your hair, skin & nails. Also if you`re allergic to medicine or anything, definitely ask your doctor. Mine said this is fine. In addition, I take a multivitamin and calcium vitamin too so that may also be an additional factor.

About the product
Contains 29 key ingredients [Example of some: vitamin a/c/d/e/b-6/b-1/b-2, and more, calcium, folic acid, zinc, sodium and etc]
3000 mcg of Biotin
No artificial color, flavors, sugar, milk, lactose, gluten, wheat, fish

The only down side is the vitamin tastes gross and is huge! I hate swallowing vitamins/pills that are huge!

Do you take any biotin supplements? Did you see an improvement or difference?

Where to purchase this?
CVS, Target, Walmart, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Vons, Ralphs, Albertsons and so forth.

How much does it cost?
Anywhere from $6 to $12 depending where you purchase it. But I suggest waiting for a sale usually CVS & Rite Aid has a Buy 1, Get 1 Free Sale [which is when I bought 2 packs of this, one for my mom & I]
