Earlier this week my friends and I went out for lunch at Gyu-Kaku in West La. Gyu-Kaku is a Japanese BBQ restaurant. They have quite a few locations, but I`ve only been to two of them: West La and Beverly Hills. I decided on this restaurant because they have happy hour all day on Monday :) . They have a variety of food on their menu: appetizers, salads, noodles, rice, desserts, and BBQ items. All the prices, except the dessert, are the happy hour prices.

My favorite appetizer is the <strong>Fried Calamari</strong> because I love eating fried calamari wherever I go and the dipping sauce they serve it with is so amazing. It`s like a spicy mayo dipping sauce. It`s so delicious with the calamari. I just want to dip everything in it lol. As for meats, I really like the <strong>Bistro Harami</strong> and <strong>Toro Beef</strong>. The dessert was also pretty good: I`m not a fan of chocolate, but the cake tasted really good with the vanilla ice cream. I didn`t get a picture of it because we just all jumped on it when it came out.
