Vacations are over, and with it came the sense that I had lost almost everything I achieved the last 6 months of workout. I felt dumb since I knew this was probably going to happen due to me doing pretty much no workout during the summer.
So today I started going to the gym again and try to regain my form.
Although it`s my main goal, I don`t go to the gym to merely get a better body. The main reason that led me to go to the gym was the possibility of having a me-time where I could "punch" something so hard and no one would care.
When you`re in the gym, you not only build physical strength, but mental also, due to focus you put on the workout, and the possibility of rethinking all your week when you`re on workout breaks.
Anyway, I`m looking for a new workout routine, any ideas?
