Good evening luuuxers! As most of you know, or don`t know I am a VERY healthy eater. I diet 6 days a week and it`s quite strict but I thought I`d share my guilty pleasure with you.
Even though I am a very strict dieter I do have my snacks here and there. I eat junk food on a daily basis, but I definitely never eat more than a handful a day. It`s a great way to portion your food and I definitely recommend this to anyone who is just learning how to eat healthier and dieting.
These are some of my favorite snacks and most of em are very high in carbs but with portioning my food and the amount I consume it doesn`t make a difference in my diet.
I just thought I would share that with you.
