I came across this article today and wanted to share. I have tried growing my own sprouts a couple of times, but did it by placing the seeds between wet paper towels and slipping it into a ziplock bag, then checking on them after a day or so. With that method, you can only do so much otherwise you`ll have ziplock bags with paper towels in them all over the house....lol! I like this idea! It`s neat, plus it can almost double for a decoration as they grow! there is a link below to purchase a book from Amazon on it, plus I included the directions I found with it. The only thing I don`t understand is the type of seeds to use. If I purchase the book, it`ll probably get into that, whereas the included directions don`t. I would think you could use pretty much any type of seeds...depending on your preference, and experiment as you perfect it. I think I may try this! What do you think, and what types of seeds would be good to try? (Besides the ever popular "bean" :))
