Ground pork with carrots & bell pepper
I cooked a very easy dish for dinner this time around. On days when I feel a little lazy or Im tired, I cook very simple.
For this particular dish, I cooked some grounded pork that I bought from the supermarket. I added in some cut carrots, and diced bell pepper for some added spice. I also added in some ginger and a tomato to add a little more flavor and moisture. The tomato helps lock in all the flavor and helps to make it not so dry, so I always like to add a little tomato in it. The only seasoning I added was salt and a bit of black pepper. To finish the meal, I added it with rice.
