Grillin` Time Healthy Refreshing Dessert- Fruit Kabobs with a tangy Lime Whip sauce

This is a great, easy to make and tasty treat for during the summer time. You can put whatever type of fruit you like but here is what I put in my kabobs recently.

2 peeled peaches
2 nectarines
4 apricots
24 grapes
Bamboo skewers

Recipe for the Lime Whip for dipping the kabobs

1/2 cup lime yogurt
1/2 cup whipped dessert topping
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons grated lime peel

1. Cut peaches nectarines and apricots into 1 to 1 and a half inch cubes.
2. Thread the cubed fruit and grapes onto skewers with any pattern you wish.
3. To prepare the Lime Whip, combine all the ingredients and stir to mix.
Serve with fruit kabobs.

Makes about 4-6 servings
