Tonight for dinner my boyfriend and I grilled some shrimp. We bought a pound of size 31/35 wild shrimp from Sprouts, quickly marinated and grilled on the George Foreman! Prep time and cook time was only 15 minutes! This is a quick and easy to make if you`re on a time crunch - great in spaghetti, with rice, in noodles, etc.
What we used for the marinate? (All ingredients were eyeballed so I can`t give you an exact measurement but I used the following below):
- Olive oil
- Cloves og garlic minced
- Salt & Pepper
After my marinate is done, I poured the sauce on top of the shrimp then grill. We also grilled pineapples and bell peppers (photo not shown).
