It`s grilling season and I am loving it! I love prepping food on the grill because honestly that`s the best way I like my meat cooked.
Last weekend was filled with lots of barbeques and family time so we definitely had a lot of protein. Easiest way to prep your meat is to use your favorite dry (or wet) seasoning, and let your protein set overnight before grilling.
We had a combination of Chicken Thighs and Short Ribs and let me tell you they were amazing! I love just keeping things simple and having them with a side of lettuce and other greens (cutting out unnecessary carbs).
