A beautiful weekend always calls for more grilling. Here in the city, we take advantage of every nice day we can get by spending the days eating outdoors.
This weekend, I prepped huge pieces of pork shoulder with a homemade Kalbi marinade. I prefer the homemade Kalbi marinade because I can control the ingredients, making it a bit of a healthier marinade compared to the bottles you can buy in the store.
The best way to prep your meat? Marinade for at least a day, letting the ingredient naturally tenderize the meat. This gives you so much more flavor!
