Grilled Pork Salad

Keeping my lunch yesterday simple, healthy, and full of flavor! I love topping my salads with any type of grilled protein. I decided on grilling up some juicy pieces of bone in pork chops, seasoned with just salt, pepper, and garlic. 6 minutes on each side and you have a great protein option.

Lightly dress the salad with balsamic vinegar and there you have it!
