I saw this on Pinterest the other day and absolutely had to make it! I`m kind of a picky eater, i basically eat like a four year old, and I thought this was amazing! The recipe calls for white bread, but I`m trying to eat a tad healthier so I used Honey Wheat by Sara Lee. I cut the crusts off, just like the recipe says. I used Kraft mozzarella and stuck it in between. Then I dipped the whole thing in a egg/milk/parsley mixture (we didn`t have the seasoning in the recipe) and it came out great!I used butter spray (no calories) as opposed to the butter or olive oil that it calls for. I definitely recommend it. :D
