The days are getting colder and colder here in the city. And it`s definitely that time of year to pack away the grill. BUT, before that, we decided to have one last dinner on the grill before storing it all away for the winter. My favorite part about warm days is just being able to prepare anything on the grill (food just tastes better!).
So we decided to prepare a variety of fish options on the grill (seasoned with salt and pepper). A few minutes on each side (cooked all the way through) and raise the heat a bit afterwards for that nice grill mark, and you have yourself a great meal. And of course you cannot forget the vegetables on the side, which you can either sautee in a pan or pop on the grill also.
