Today, I went to my sister and brother in law`s house for a belated Fourth of July. We just had a basic lunch there - they marinated chicken drumsticks and thighs overnight last night (the marinate consist of soy sauce, rosemary seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic, dash of lemon) and we grilled the meat today. The meat was so delicious and for vegetables we had baby kale. My sister`s tip on seasoning a lot of chicken is using zip lock bags! If you`re scared the ziplock seal might open in the fridge, put your bag into a big bowl in the fridge!
