I have been eating grilled chicken literally every other day for the past week. Last night, I marinated the organic chicken breasts purchased from Costco with garlic powder, salt, pepper and olive oil then grilled the chicken breasts on the George Forman Grill. I can`t live without this grill - definitely a must have if you`re busy and need quick yet healthy meals. For side dishes - we made a salad using deep green blends (blend of baby kale, spinach and chard) purchased from Costco. I cut up some baby tomatoes and topped with shredded mix cheese. Another side we had is my favorite - garlic bread. I wrote in my other post how to make garlic bread but I`ll mention my recipe again here:
How I made Garlic Bread?
- I used Sourdough Bread from Trader Joe`s
- Bread of your choice
- Minced Garlic
- Olive Oil
1. Mince your garlic
2. Add a little bit of butter and olive oil
3. Microwave for 15 sec
5. Put back into the microwave for 15 sec
6. Toast your bread and apply spread onto your bread
