I made these the other day! This was my first time making kabobs, so I was really nervous about how they would turn out, especially since my husband is a picky eater! x.x
I kept the marinate simple: salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and lemon juice. I threaded cubes of chicken breast onto bamboo skewers that I had soaked for half an hour before (to prevent them from burning).
I used cherry tomato halves and chunks of green bell peppers and onions as spacers.
They turned out so good! I was so proud, and relieved! lol.
