I have been loving my George Foreman Grill lately - so all my posts have been `grilled chicken` but eaten in different ways. Tonight`s dinner featuring Grilled Chicken Burger - this meal literally took less than 15 minutes to prepare (and prepped like 10 minutes the night before - the marinate).
What`s in the burger?
- The buns are Wheat Buns from Vons
- Organic Chicken Breast from Costco , marinated with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, and olive oil - over night
- Harvarti Cheese
- Applewood Smoked Bacon
- Side of Grilled Asparagus
Overall: This was a really easy to do meal and you could make it healthy too! :)
