Gretchen Rossi Diet and Workout Secrets!

If you don`t know who Gretchen Rossi is then let me tell you who she is. She`s one of the housewives from Orange County. She`s not one of my favorites, but I must say she have a nice body! Some of Gretchen diet and workout are pretty simple! Gretchen often stays active so her daily exercise doesn`t include a program or special diet to maintain a good figure. 

A lot of celebrity seem to include entire food groups to keep weights off. Celebrity seems avoid sugar, but with Gretchen she doesn`t. She eats whatever and doesn`t count her calories. Gretchen workout relates to her diet. She tried her best to stay active as possible by playing tennis with her boyfriend, Slade and do some walking with her dogs. Machine wise she`ll use an elliptical machine here and there. She also do squats, sit ups and working with weights.
