Have you heard the hype about green tea yet? If you haven`t, its ok, your in luck! A couple months ago I wanted to change my lifestyle, get healthy, active, and loose a little weight. Being a 16 year old I had to find time in my life to do these things. I had a heavy amount of school work, balancing out a boyfriend and time for friends. I came across this video on YouTube and was very curious to try it! Its been about 3 months since Iv`e started drinking green tea daily, and Iv`e seen an amazing difference in my health. Before green tea, I ate junk food all the time, and being a *normal weight* I didn`t think it was a problem. After a doctor visit he said my blood pressure was very high and that I was slightly over weight with a BMI of 25. I started drinking green tea and automatically saw a change in my energy which helped me go to the gym more often. It`s really helped my body mind, and soul. Iv`e found myself more relaxed and enjoying life more. :)
