Some little facts before I start this. I DO NOT like drinking water, I think it is the absolute most disgusting thing ever. Also, this summer I will be playing field hockey and will be at dance camp. So with all this activity I have to drink water or something to stay hydrated.
So, I came up with an recipe to a healthy green smoothie to replace some of the water drinking I have to do.
What i used is 4 ice cubes, Kale, Kiwi, Grapes, Honey, and a little sugar. ( Dont want to defeat the purpose.) I put all the solid ingredients in my blender, than took abut 4 tbs. of honey and a pinch of sugar and added that in their also. I blended them up on the smoothie setting for about a minute and the outcome was sooooo tasty. Now, i feel a bottle of my green smoothie to drink once a day and drink water the rest of the day :( tasty
