I`ve been on a healthy food kick lately. I picked up this green smoothie for when I`m in a rush and don`t have time to eat. It`s from bolthouse farms. In the smoothie there is wheat grass, spirulina, spinach, apples, kiwis, mangos, bananas, pineapples, and dragon fruit. It also has iron and Vitamin B6, Vitamins A, C, and B12. It`s so tasty!
