This a very easy and healthy Green Smoothie!
What will you need:
- 1 cup chopped fresh kale
- 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen spinach
- 1½ tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ avocado
- ½ banana
- ½ apple
- 1 cup coconut water or apple juice, if you prefer it a little bit sweeter
- A few drops of stevia for added sweetness (optional)
If I were you I would serve over ice! Hope you enjoy :)
