Green Onions and Mushroom Omelette

I had some mushrooms left in the fridge I had to use up before it goes bad. And I was thinking what kind of quick dish I could whisk up. And omelette into mind.
So I whisked several eggs in a bowl. Then chopped up some green onions that I picked from my backyard and mushrooms and added it to the whisked eggs. Then I added a pinch of salt and mixed everything together.
Then I heated a skillet and proceeded to make the omelettes. The outcome was really good. The mushroom taste was the more dominate taste and I love it. I love mushrooms. I love them on my pizza with sausage.
I`m definitely making it again. I think I added a pound of mushrooms and a bunch of green onions to ten eggs. This can be made for breakfast or anytime you please. I made mine as a dish for dinner today served with some rice.
