I love making a green juices/smoothie, it was ever since I started watching itsjudyslife and it has totally inspired me to be healthy (somewhat :D)
I always use either kale or spinach, and whatever fruits we have.
For today`s green juice, I`m using kale, strawberries, and apples, if you want you can keep the skin on the apple, but I don`t really like it so I peeled it off, but I know that it`s a lot healthier with the skin on it.
I usually have this drink for breakfast whenever I just want something light. It`s perfect for on the go breakfast for me especially before school or something! It`s also a great way to get fruits and veggies into your diet!
Does anyone else watch itsjudyslife? I love how Benji is super healthy and has inspired me to start juicing.
