Green Goddess Baked Eyeshadow

First of all, I want to quickly apologize not only for the lack of pictures, but for the poor picture quality as well. I wanted to take more photos, but my camera was dead, and I didn`t have time to wait for it to charge in order to snap pics of this look before I headed out. I haven`t posted in a few days, so I thought I`d just go ahead and take a few pictures for this post anyway. These photos don`t do the colors justice on my eyes! It`s much more intense looking in person!

I like to stay neutral during the weekdays since I`m very busy with school and stuff, but on the weekends, I tend to kick the eye makeup up a notch. Today, I wanted to try out a Beauty Rush baked eyeshadow from Victoria`s Secret called Green Goddess for a modern, edgy rock star look.

Green Goddess is such a pretty olive shade of green. Silky smooth, no fallout, and buildable. Not to mention, as a baked eyeshadow, it can be used wet or dry, but for my look, I had to quickly opt for dry, although the color would have been much more intense had I used it wet.

I used a black eyeshadow to darken up the crease, and smoke it out. As aforementioned, the quality of the pictures have drastically washed out the intensity of the colors, but I hope you get the gist of what I tried to do with this look. As for the rest of my face, I popped a very light pink blush on my cheeks, and a brownish nude on my lips to balance out the intensity of my eyes.

Sorry for the quick post, but fear not! I have more posts that are scheduled to go live throughout this next week to keep you entertained. I hate being away from my blog for long.

Hope you like this look, and thanks for reading <3
