I luuuxers! I decided to share this gastronomy ``secret`` with you:
A friend of mine recently tought me that if we add onion skins to the water when boiling shrimps/prawns it makes the colour of them pop and they get tastier.
I`ve seen it happen and its amazing how different they look and taste. They look more red/dark orange... hmmm so good! =)
When you`re doing a recipe with this yummi ingredient think of that.
