A lovely, simple, delicious and full of flavors appetizer! Olives with feta cheese and herbs in olive oil!
1 cup mixed olives
1/4 cup Ladopetra Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil http://trofos.com/pagesall/productfinal.aspx?pid=86
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tsp chopped chives
1 roasted pepper
1. Put the feta in a small bowl.
2. Pour the oil over, add thyme, chives and pepper and gently stir to combine.
3. Add the olives and mix gently. Serve with toasted pita breads!
