LADIES! So my main problem area and insecurities lay in my mid-section! I might be preaching to the choir on this one but its been a problem my whole life. Well after years of different cardio mixed with spot training such as crunches, reverse crunches etc. I found out that intense dance sessions, such as Zumba fitness, are the only way im going to see my middle widdle away. Of course everyones bodys are different but with my body type a lot of my fat seems to go straight to the mid-section. Its the cardio mixed with the fast ab movement that show the results.
This is one of the best videos I found for slimming the mid-section, you;ll be dripping sweat at the end but its worth it AND fun!
