Grape Sorbet Pass the Rum

Hello Luuuxers. Today I will teach you a recipe for a very good ice cream. Secalhar already heard what is called Grape Sorbet Pass the Rum. It`s delicious and I suggest that you exprimentem. But it must have the following ingredients:

200ml milk
20 gr of whipped cream
100 grams of brown sugar
2 unit (s) of egg yolk
50 g of chopped raisins (s)
baste as rum

How come, does not take much, thing. Praparaçõa mode is also quite easy:

Place the raisins in rum sauce (in sufficient quantity to cover them).
Meanwhile, beat the egg yolks with sugar until creamy. Next, add the hot milk (not boiled).
Return to heat, stirring constantly with a spoon, without let boil until it begins to thicken.
Let cool, then add the whipped cream gently.
Beat 4 times before the complete freeze of ice cream, to give more creaminess.
Add the raisins only when you finish the brewing cycle and the ice cream is ready for freezing.
