Grain FreeGluten Free Lunchables with Olivia!!!

Kid friendly and mother approved DIY LUNCHABLES!!!

This is a much healthier alternative to the store bought ones and great for those who are eating grain free, primal, paleo or those who have gluten sensitivities!!! Kids can even help make them!

**Recipe does contain nuts (almonds) so if you have a nut allergy then this will not work for you.

Cracker Recipe:
2 cups blanched almond flour
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp Italian Seasoning (You can subsitute any herb you like or no herbs at all!)
1/2 tsp salt (I prefer sea salt, but any salt works)
1 large egg
1 tsp filtered water
Enough Oil (Olive or Coconut would be best) to thinly coat bottom of cookie sheet

Bake at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes until crackers are golden brown and crispy. be careful not to burn them. you may have to take out some of the outter edges out of the oven and stick it back in for the center to brown - thats what we did.

Assemble your crackers with cheese and lunch meat of your choice (preferably organic, grass fed, nitrate free stuff)

For the Cookie (Best chocolate chip cookies ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
i used this recipe but modified it using almond butter instead

1 Cup Almond Butter
1/3 C raw organic honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Egg
1/2 C Dark or Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes (i like mine kinda gooey so i do 8 minutes)
