So not too long ago (about a month now) I got myself a dog.
I was feeling a little blue and hoping that this four legged critter would help me but it did so much more than that! Not only did the puppy lift my depression but he keeps me busy enough that I don`t really have tot ime to be depressed and when lets say im comming back from school and I hate myself for god knows what reason she puts a smile back onto my face. Also an other not so obvious benefit from having a dog is that I exercise more ;) I like taking her on long walks and seeing her discover diffrent things for the first time. It kind of makes you think that your suffering has no actual reason and why would you even bother to focus on it if there is nothing that you can do about it.
I seriously recomend for people to get a dog because he makes you feel better and healthy and kind of clean (if that makes sense?)
For those of you that have a dog or cat do you think so too?
