Gosh Curl Cream Review
I was able to pick up this curl cream at Shopper`s Drug Mart recently, so I thought I would do a quick review.
I bought this from the clearance rack, for only 3 dollars, so I thought it would be nice to try it out.
My hair is super curly, so I normally stick with 3 products to tame it: a serum, a curl cream and hair spray. This combination is what works best for my hair and give it the best curl definition and shine.
My favourite curl cream is called Noodle Head, which I normally get from Sally Beauty Supply, but since there is no Sally`s nearby I haven`t had the chance to stock up in a while, and I`m on my last bottle.
So I decided to buy this and test it out. I really enjoyed the packaging on this product. It has a pump which is always nice to use.
It has a bit of a chemical smell to it, which isn`t exactly pleasant, but it isn`t too overpowering so it`s easy to deal with.
It has a regular lotion/cream consistency which easily distributes through my hair. Combined with my normal Garnier Dry Oil and Tresemme hair spray, it performed pretty well.
I really like the consistency of my Noodle Head over this though.
I already checked out this product, and it is regularly priced at 9.99. Considering I get my Noodle Head cream for less than that, I don`t know if I will regularly repurchase this. I think I will look for another back-up curl cream before re-purchassing this. However, if I can get this at the 3 dollar sale price again, it will be a great substitute!
