I don`t own the Apple iPhone 4/4S but I have known many who shattered there phones because the back is made out of glass. I am sure Apple did that on purpose so many would <em>"drop hence the shatter"</em> and many would replace the back case = profit for who? Apple!
Anyway, probably because of many complaints from the past two years, there is a rumor announcing that the next sixth gen iPhone (probably will be called iPhone 5) will have a scratch resistant liquid-metal back case giving the phone more of a sleek look that would probably be geared toward men more. Liquid metal is light weight, very durable and scratch resistant which is nice.
Have you shattered your Apple device yet?
Would you like to see the future Apple iPhones to have a scratch resistant liquid metal back case instead of the glass?
Whenever the iPhone 5 comes out, are you planning to get that phone too? Freaking iPhones/iPads are flying left/right..
I have seen many shattered phones because of the glass backing. I think I`d like the liquidmetal backing more, it looks sleek and won`t get dirty/old, reminds me of stainless steel. I like how stainless steel looks, not related but I want my *future* home to have a complete stainless steel make over. =)
