Golfing is a great way to get exerciseif you don`t use a cart. If you walk 9 holes you are getting a lot of walking in and probably burning 300 calories just with the walking since 9 holes is usually around 2.5-3 miles. Plus, if you carry your clubs that is building strength in your upper body. Also swinging the club isn`t that hard but it is stretching your muscles and tendons. It really is a full body workout as long as you are walking it and not being lazy by taking a cart! If it is 100 degrees or you are doing 18 holes, you can be lazy, but in nice weather, definitely try to walk it!
