In my last post, I talked about the amazing NTC app. Shortly after I got it, I decided to go out and buy myself a little medicine ball. It wasn`t something I needed in order to do the workouts, but my own decision because I know adding it to my workouts would make them much more effective.
I went to Walmart and bought this thing for just $10. It`s five pounds, and has a removable, adjustable strap. The strap itself is very comfortable and easy to hold.
It`s really nice and compact, which makes it easy for travel.
It also comes with an exercise guide, which is filled with all different kinds of exercise moves that you can do using this ball.
It`s really great, and a definite asset to have during workouts.
