I got this DVD last winter at Walmart for about $6. Unfortunatly I kept getting really sick so I couldn`t try it out for a while. For the past few weeks I have been using this DVD on and off (I seriously get sick EVERY other week! And who the hell works out when they`re sick? Lol!).
Basically, this is a DVD that is 70 minutes long. There`s 6 10-minute workouts, and a 5 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down.
Each workout does something different. One is for metabilism boosting, one is cardio, one for energy, one for fat burning, ab sculpting, etc. Each workout is also hosted by a different instructor for Gold`s Gym. Mostly girls, but there is one man. There are 3 variations to each workout. There`s the one that the pro does, and then 2 easier variations you can follow instead of the instructor.
This DVD has it`s easy workouts and the ones that will make you want to sleep for a week. I really like it! I`ve never done the full DVD at once because it`s so intense. But I usually try to do 2-3 of the workouts per day. It`s easy to follow and they keep your butt motivated! I`m thinking about checking out some more workout DVDs now!
