It`s Wednesday! Is everyone keeping up with their exercise routine?
The funny trend I notice is that on Mondays, my fitness class is packed! You actually have to sign up 15 minutes beforehand or else you can`t join the class. On Wednesdays, there`s only about 1/3 of the people in the class, even though the time is the same. I guess people feel guilty over their weekend indulgences.
My exercise today looked like:
1. 1KM walk from the gym to my home
2. 1KM run
3. Fitness Class - 1 hr
Burned a total of 520 calories. Not bad for a mid week workout =).
