Lunch is lunch. I like my carbs, protein, and dessert with this meal since it`s probably the heaviest I have all day.
But this particular moment, I thought I ought to get something light and that means leaning towards a salad. Out of all the nice-looking ones at the menu, I picked Avocado and Walnut on a bed of greens.
Oh boy, the plate was huge and I pretty much got overwhelmed with the greens, I feel like each cell on my body clapped for my lunch pick. Haha! Honestly, I ate most of the fruit and nut, and more than half of the greens. I got so full! Now I know why other people say they feel good eating the right stuff - there`s a feel-good high!
