so i found a new recipe for pancakes. we all love pancakes but they can be really unhealthy and my daughter doesn`t like the wheat pancakes and i decided to try them out. i found a recipe on a group on facebook.
the recipe is really simple all you have to do is get some bananas, eggs and some coconut oil
so all you do is get a container peel the bananas and start mashing the bananas with a fork then you add the eggs and mix them all up until it looks like pancake batter i like mine to be kind of chunky with banana bits so i dont mix them that much. after you do that you get your skilled and put some coconut oil on it just so the batter doesn`t stick and thats pretty much it. i like to use some fresh strawberries and throw them in a small pot and some honey and let them cook and i get a spoonful of the strawberries and throw them on top off the pancakes. this are so good you don`t need any syrup at all. some people like to make them for snacks and you get your protein off of them. i suggest you try them they are delicious.
ive used 3 bananas and 3 eggs you ca use more if your making a lot but i used enough just for us
