When I was younger once a week I used to go a kickboxing club once a week which was a wonderful exercise routine and I would recommend it to everyone. The class I used to go to lasted 90 minutes and for the first 20 minutes we would run around the hall and get different commands so for example when he said 1 we had to jump and when he said 2 we had to clap in the air and when he said 3 we would have to turn around a run the other way so if he said 1 and 2 we would all have to jump and clap our hands.
After our work out we would get into the routines. We would start with some round house kicks which are a kick on your back leg where the front of your foot hits the side of your opponent.
We also did various punches and other types of kicks which really helped tone my body. I highly recommend this
