the last time we made meatballs, we still had some left over ground pork so i decided to cook "ginaling" which means to grind or grounded good. for this dish, i sauteed garlic and onions on a pan and then fried the ground pork. i also added chopped carrots to make it colorful and taste better.
ginaling is another popular food here in the Philippines which is very easy to make but very delicious :)
