The best part about living in a tropical country is the exotic food you get around the area. The name of this fish roughly translates to "Ghost Fish", probably attributed to its ability to change colour (from grey black to white) as it hunts (it`s a carnivorous fish).
Just so no one gets on my case, this isn`t any rare sort of fish in terms of species. It is quite unique in terms of its size though, but it is definitely not at the biggest size it can ever grow into.
It`s an old wives` tale around these parts that eating fish gives you good skin. Something about the Omega 3 acids. I`ve eaten fish all my life and I have pretty good skin, so maybe there`s some truth in that.
