Right now I`m dealing with Patella femoral pain syndrome and other chronic body issues so I haven`t been working out. I thought this article was important as it outlined somethings to avoid when getting back into shape like:
1. Overcompensating
2. Too much focus on end-goals
3. Slacking off
4. Not fueling properly
5. Becoming habitual
