Get That Body: Candice Swanepoel

I have posted a article before on how much I adore Candice`s body. So I did alot of research and came to the conclusion on how she gets her freaking amazing body. All you need to do is change your eating habits and add some exercise into your routine and you can look as amazing as Candice Swanepoel. If you want a body like the pictures above, then keep reading!

Ab Workout__
- Lay on the ground with your legs bent and your feet flat. Do not pull from your arms, keep your focus on your abdominal muscles. Remember, this is an abdominal crunch not a sit up! Keep your abdominal muscles tight, neck straight and chest up. From your sternum, crunch your weight up and forward. Your lower back should remain flat on the ground at all times.

Leg Workout__
- Squat With Weights: Place the weight squarely on your traps and shoulders (not the neck) and grip the bar comfortably with your hands a little wider than your shoulders. Carefully take a step or 2 back from the rack and get in a comfortable upright stance with your feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider. Your toes should be pointed slightly outward. They should NEVER be pointed inward. Do not tilt your head backwards, downwards or to the sides as this will disrupt your balance. Keeping your heels planted firmly on the floor and your back straight at all times, move your butt back and downward as though you were sitting in a chair behind you.

Random Fact__
- Candice loves to box and does it 3 to 4 times a week. She does alot of resistance training as well.

- She loves a good breakfast like crossiants, eggs, and bacon. She loves omlettes and rasins. She also loves veggies.
- Her weakness is Brazilian Bread.
