Because it`s May, I know everyone is rushing to get that bikini bod. So, every day this month I am gonna show you guys a quick exercise I like. To start it off the exercise of the day is wall sits! Wall sits are great for your legs. How to do a wall sit:
1. Stand against the wall
2. Lower yourself down so that your legs form a 90 degree angle are parallel to the ground
3. Stay in this position for at least 1 minute
You can stay in a wall sit for as long as you would like. I like to do 1 minute between different exercises. If you want to do more go for it, but if you can`t do a whole minute yet that`s fine! Everything takes time, remember! Hope you guys like this new idea!
