Dear guys, I tried to find a solution to keep in shape with no hard work , which was , of course impossible. So, because of the lack of time I figured out that not eating could be a solution. That was a failure. Then , my friend told me about her everyday 5 minute workouts , that got her an amazing figure and enviable muscles.
