Garlic Prawns!

My friend was eating this the other day and I was totally drooling at it! If you haven`t had garlic prawns, you`re totally missing out! I know some people get turned off by prawns with their heads still on, but it give the dish a better flavor. Plus this dish is super easy to make.

All you need is:
whole prawns (thawed or fresh)
2 tbsp real butter
garlic (minced or powder)
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of sugar
corn starch
oil for frying

Dredge the prawns in corn starch and fry until cooked. Then heat a pan/wok up until hot and throw in the garlic and butter. Add the prawns immediately making sure you don`t burn the garlic. Toss in the mixture and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Voila! Easy and tasty. You can garnish with green onion if you`d like.

Some people like to eat the whole thing, but I prefer to remove the heads and eat it with the shell on (sometimes). What do you think?
