For Vietnamese New Years I went to my Great Aunt`s house to eat dinner with them.
One of the dishes my Great Aunt served was "Garlic Chicken" (I think - I`m not really sure what kind of chicken it is but it tastes like the garlic noodles that comes with lobster)
The chicken was full of flavor - it even had the sauces dripping off of it when we picked it up. I liked how it wasn`t over powering with flavor like buffalo wings though. It was perfect. I love how authentic she makes her dishes! My favorite pieces were the wings. I enjoy eating the wings more than the legs because the meat is softer. It`s really hard to eat the meat on the ends on a leg in my opinion.
As we were leaving, she gave us A LOT of leftovers to take home.
Have you guys had Garlic Chicken? Would you try it? What do you usually eat for New Years?
