Hello Luuuxers! I am not much of a chef. I make a lot of pasta and TV dinners, but as I near college graduation I decided that it was time to start looking into making real meals! I found this really good website called http://AllRecipes.com and so I looked up some recipes that were easy to make without too much cost! I found this recipe for Garlic Cheddar Chicken, which from the title alone sounded great to me since I love cheese and garlic!
The recipes calls for chicken breasts dipped in a butter and garlic sauce, and then coated in a breadcrumbs mix that also has cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, pepper, oregano, and salt. It took about 20 minutes to prepare the chicken and then we cooked it for 30 minutes.
This dinner was a huge hit! My roommates all loved it and we have very minimal leftovers! Since it was easy to make I will definitely be making this meal again!
