We`ve all seen the music video that has hit the world by storm. It`s one of those "dance" songs where of course there`s a lot of body movements. So it`s no surprise that a lot of workout gurus are now coming out with the "Gangnam Style Workout". LOL
Among the moves in the workout includes galloping like a horse, hip thrusts, and leg movement making the perfect aerobic exercise. The trainers are marketing the workout as great for toning legs. After all, all the ladies in the MV have nice legs right? Hah.
